These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the virtual gaming platform operated by SKYBORN LTD ("Skyborn," "we," "us," or "our") through any of its websites, subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). Financial transactions may be processed by third-party payment services providers. SKYBORN LTD and such third-party providers are independent entities with separate legal responsibilities. We operate under an Anjouan eGaming License.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Galaxy Dust are not money, not redeemable, not transferable, and not convertible to cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any item of value in any jurisdiction. Stars are not purchasable and may only be used for potential redemption requests in eligible jurisdictions as described in these Terms (see Sections 1.3, 1.4, and 5), but such requests are not guaranteed. By continuing, you agree that you understand and accept this.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you will not permit anyone under 18 to access or use your account. You acknowledge and agree that you accepted these Terms upon signup and are bound by them. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify your age at any time.
1.2 Access to the Platform is prohibited where it is illegal. It is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of your access based on your jurisdiction.
1.3 Users from the states of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington are currently not eligible for participation in the Platform and access to the Platform in these states is blocked. If you attempt to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, your account may be terminated and any Stars forfeited. Eligibility may change without notice based on evolving laws.
1.4 Jurisdictions ineligible for redemption requests using Stars include the restricted areas listed in Section 1.3, as well as any other locations where such requests would violate applicable laws or our policies. These limitations are determined at our sole discretion and may change without notice. Submissions from ineligible jurisdictions may be denied without compensation.
2.1 To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
2.2 You may only create one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be closed without notice.
2.3 Use of VPNs, proxies, or masking services to circumvent jurisdictional or access restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated Stars.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
3.1 The Platform uses two virtual currencies: "Galaxy Dust" (a purchasable currency) and "Stars" (a promotional currency). Galaxy Dust and Stars are digital tokens that may only be used on the Platform. Galaxy Dust have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and are not your personal property. Stars have no cash value outside of potential redemption requests in eligible jurisdictions as described in Section 5, are non-transferable, and are not your personal property.
3.2 You may obtain Galaxy Dust by purchasing with cryptocurrencies, gift cards, or fiat payment methods, or by trading in in-game items of a variety that we accept. We determine the value of the trade-ins at our sole discretion. Stars may only be obtained for free and cannot be purchased. You may obtain Stars through:
3.3 Galaxy Dust and Stars may be used only within the Platform for entertainment-based activities. Neither may be sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn, gifted, or used for peer-to-peer transfers. Any such attempts may result in account termination. We do not allow user-to-user transfers.
3.4 Any suggestion that Galaxy Dust or Stars represent or may be exchanged for real-world value (except as expressly permitted for Stars in Section 5) is expressly disclaimed. The use of Galaxy Dust and Stars is solely for entertainment purposes and does not constitute gambling, investments, or monetary transactions. The platform does not involve wagering or gambling; all activities are skill- or chance-based entertainment without real stakes. We are not a money transmitter.
4.1 Free-to-Play Environment
The Platform operates as a free-to-play website where users can earn Stars through various free channels such as rain events, promo codes, giveaways, referrals, rakeback, special promotions, and mail-in entries. Users can gain free entry via promo codes or by joining hourly "rain" events, which provide free Stars to play games with. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchasing Galaxy Dust does not increase odds of winning, though it may allow users to play more games.
4.2 Payment Methods and Security
The Platform accepts various payment methods for purchasing Galaxy Dust and reserves the right to adjust coin rates and implement additional security measures, including identity verification. Payments comply with PCI DSS standards.
4.3 Coin and Asset Disclaimer
Galaxy Dust and Stars are solely for entertainment. They hold no real monetary value or ownership rights, except as expressly permitted for Stars in Section 5.
4.4 Sweepstakes Rules
Participation in sweepstakes is subject to state-specific rules and users must follow the rules of their jurisdiction. We comply with all applicable US sweepstakes laws; void where prohibited.
5.1 In eligible jurisdictions—such as all U.S. states not listed as restricted in Section 1.3, as well as select international locations where sweepstakes promotions are legally permitted—users may become eligible to request the purchase of digital items, game currencies, or other third-party goods using Stars. These requests:
5.2 Such requests are not redemptions or withdrawals. You understand and agree that these are opportunities to acquire digital goods for entertainment purposes. Users are responsible for their own taxes.
5.3 If you submit a request from a restricted or unsupported region, or if your account is flagged for risk, the request may be denied without compensation. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any such request at any time.
5.4 We are not affiliated, endorsed, or associated in any way with Roblox, Epic Games, Steam, or any other platform whose currencies may be accepted for purchases. All trademarks and platform references are used for identification only.

6.3 SKYBORN LTD reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, suspicious activity, compliance with AML laws, risk assessment, or prior to processing any purchase request. Transactions may be blocked, delayed, or cancelled pending identity verification. Failure to comply may result in permanent account suspension. We may subject KYC to some users based on triggers in our systems.
7.1 Participation in affiliate programs, promotions, or leaderboard contests is governed by separate terms. Affiliate users must not promote to minors, misrepresent Platform mechanics, or promote to users in restricted jurisdictions. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and account closure. Affiliates must disclose partnerships.
7.2 Affiliates and influencers may not suggest or imply any opportunity to win real-world value or make earnings claims. All affiliate activity must comply with these Terms and is subject to immediate termination without notice if found to violate any applicable law or our policies.
7.3 Promotions may be altered, paused, or cancelled at our discretion. Stars earned through promotions remain subject to all Platform terms and may be revoked.
8.1 The Platform and its content, including but not limited to graphics, code, and trademarks, are the property of SKYBORN LTD or its licensors.
8.2 You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
9.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SKYBORN LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of use, data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, if liability is found, the total liability of SKYBORN LTD to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid to SKYBORN LTD in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
9.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability or disclaimers of certain warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the liability of SKYBORN LTD will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.5 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKYBORN LTD, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belize.
10.2 Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under Belize law, unless the dispute concerns payment processing, in which case Cyprus law and venue may apply.
10.3 Users waive the right to participate in class actions and agree to bring claims only in their individual capacity.
11.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, underage use, or violation of these Terms.
11.2 Upon termination, any Stars in your account may be forfeited.
12.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.
